FAQ's & Shipping
If something may be too large to ship, like a piece of furniture for instance or you would like to arrange something a bit different to suit your needs, head over to our contact us page and drop us a line.
We can be very busy and as a small company we don't have super robots to package our things and move them round a warehouse like Amazon does. We may take slightly longer to get our products to you in busy periods. Just let us know if you would like something super fast and we will do our best to get it out to you ASAP.
We will do our best to post all of our parcels the following day.
Pre order stock means that we don't currently hold the stock but it is either being made for us or is currently on its way to us. As soon as it arrives we will then work as fast as we can to get your order on its way to you.
We do frequently have pre orders running for our most popular products, this is to ensure that our customers don't miss out on products and have the opportunity to reserve them, especially during our busiest times.
Deliveries may be delayed and stock arrival dates are subject to change.
We strongly believe that there is nothing better than shopping local. So to make this easier for you guys if you live local to us then we offer free delivery. If your post code begins with ME1 we can hand deliver your order however small or large it may be. Just drop us a message and we shall get it organised
We are happy to issue a refund on any new item ordered from us within 30 days of sale. Drop us an email using our contact form with your order number and we can let you know the returns address and other information you may need.
We do not accept returns/refunds on vintage or antique goods purchased from ourselves. if you would like more information please contact us.
Due to the Quelle est Belle bird calls coming in contact with the mouth. Refunds may not be accepted for hygiene purposes.
Order not turned up?
Let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation, sometimes delivery companies get us in sticky situations however we will do our best to get the problem rectified as soon as we can!

My Order Turned up broken!
Sometimes accidents happen and even though we try our hardest to make sure your order arrives safe, once its in the hands of the postman accidents may happen. If so and this has happened to you, don't worry! just send us a photograph of your unhappy order and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
